What does it cost?
Every build is scoped to your business, so it depends on how many agents you need and how complex your setup is. We give you an exact number on the call, in writing, with no obligation. What we will tell you up front is that this is a one time build fee plus a monthly management fee, and there are no surprise charges after you sign.
Does it sound like a robot?
No, and that is exactly why the call is worth twenty minutes. We will play you real recordings from live campaigns, not a demo reel. You decide for yourself.
Is this legal?
Yes, when it is done correctly, and that is a real qualifier. AI voice calls fall under the same consent rules as prerecorded calls. Every system we build ships with AI disclosure in the script, an immediate opt out, Do Not Call scrubbing, and timestamped consent logging. That is the part most vendors leave you holding.
What do I actually have to do?
A twenty minute intake at the start. After that: show up to the appointments it books, respond to the hot leads it flags, and tell us when your calendar or service area changes. You will never log into the underlying software.
What if I already have a CRM?
If you are on HubSpot, we migrate your contacts and pipeline into the build. If you are on something else, tell us on the call and we will tell you honestly whether it connects cleanly or whether you are better off moving.
How long until it's live?
Typically about three weeks from a completed intake to a launched system. Nothing goes live until every call flow passes internal QA.
