02INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically when you use our sites.

Information you provide to us:

• Property preferences, budget, and timeline
• Messages you send us through forms, chat, email, or text

Information collected automatically:

We also use a visitor tracking script (the Follow Up Boss Pixel) on our sites. When you visit, this script records your IP address, general location, the pages you view, and the referring website, and it may set cookies to recognize your browser. If you are already a contact in our system, this information is linked to your record so we can see what content interests you and follow up appropriately.

The tracking script does not collect the content of your private communications, and it does not collect information from forms you do not submit.

04SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING

By providing your phone number on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Black Salt Group. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service.

Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@theblacksaltgroup.com
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

05HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your phone number. We do not sell your personal data.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, and only to the extent needed to perform that work. These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for their own marketing. They include:

• Our customer relationship management system (Follow Up Boss)
• Our text and email messaging providers
• Our website hosting, forms, and analytics providers
• Our brokerage, transaction coordination, title, lending, and inspection partners when you are an active client and the information is needed to complete your transaction

We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

06COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

Our sites use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and improve performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work correctly.

We use standard analytics tools to measure traffic and site performance. These tools collect aggregate usage data, not the content of your private communications.

The Follow Up Boss Pixel described in the "Information We Collect" section above is one of these tools. We use the pageview data it collects to understand which pages and content our visitors find useful, to connect site visits to client records in our customer relationship management system, and to decide when and how to follow up with you. We do not use it to sell your information to anyone else.

07DATA RETENTION

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business records, and comply with legal and real estate licensing requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

08DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You may:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request that we correct inaccurate information
• Request that we delete your information, subject to our legal and recordkeeping obligations
• Opt out of marketing emails by clicking unsubscribe in any email
• Opt out of text messages by replying STOP
• Ask to be added to our internal Do Not Call list

10CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our sites and services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our sites may link to third party websites, including MLS and IDX partners, lender sites, and property portals. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Review their policies before providing information.

12CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted prominently on our sites. Continued use of our sites after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
